Web Camera Redoubt – CI – DFR

Camera is located at AVO’s Redoubt Hut, approximately 7.5 mi (12 km) from Redoubt’s summit crater. This camera provides a view of the north flank of Redoubt. This camera is in a remote location and operates on battery power. We will set this camera to power on as much as batteries allow. Redoubt summit is approximately 10,200 ft above sea level.

Camera is co-located with seismic station DFR, approximately 7.6 miles (12.2 km) NE of Redoubt.

Web Camera Peulik, Becharof Lake,

Camera is located at Whale Mountain, showing a flank of Peulik, Becharof Lake, the Gas Rocks, and Chiginagak in the distance. Current image interval is 60 minutes. This camera lens is often covered by snow and ice.

The webcam is located 10 miles north of Fourpeaked volcano, and 35 miles south of Augustine volcano. Current image interval is 60 minutes.

Web Camera Cleveland

The Cleveland web cam is experiencing technical difficulties and is located in a remote area.

This camera is located on top of High Hill a few miles North of the village of Nikolski on the western end of Umnak Island. Mount Cleveland is approximately 45 miles from the camera. The summit of Mt. Cleveland is located at the center of the image. Mount Carlisle can be seen on the right edge of the image. Due to the typically bad weather in this area of the state, Mt. Cleveland and Mt. Carlisle won’t be visible very often.
